If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on the organization's behalf. The term "DeAI TPA" refers to the platform provided by Stage Technology Inc., which powers the decentralized immersive 3D web.

Continued use of the Service after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

AI-Generated OUTPUT

When using the AI-related features of the Service, you may generate "Output" (such as 3D models or immersive experiences). You retain ownership of your Output, but we may impose limitations on the use of this Output to protect our intellectual property rights and prevent infringement on third-party rights.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:

  • Systematically retrieve or use data from the Service to create a database without prior written consent.

  • Use the Service for unlawful activities, including harassment, defamation, fraud, or distributing malicious software.

  • Circumvent security measures or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

  • Engage in activities that may harm or exploit other users, including sending unsolicited communications or creating fake profiles.

  • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
