# ✅ Abstract

A truly open AI ecosystem requires direct, permissionless access to AI models and compute—without reliance on centralized platforms, financial gatekeepers, or identity constraints. Today’s AI infrastructure remains controlled, costly, and restrictive, limiting both innovation and global accessibility.

DeAI TPA introduces a peer-to-peer addressing system for AI, where each TPA functions as a unique, direct address for hosting, accessing, and monetizing AI models and agents. By removing intermediary layers such as centralized platforms and DNS-like routing dependencies, DeAI TPA enables low-latency, efficient, and scalable AI interactions across a global network.

In this system, AI services are no longer tied to accounts, subscriptions, or traditional payment rails. Instead, users interact directly with AI through addressable units, enabling pay-as-you-go access, greater privacy, and borderless participation.

The network is designed to be open and permissionless. Anyone can acquire and operate a TPA, deploy AI models, or consume services from other nodes. Each TPA acts as both a compute endpoint and an economic unit, forming a decentralized marketplace for AI infrastructure.

As long as the network remains distributed and economically aligned, DeAI TPA enables a new model for AI—where compute is accessible, monetizable, and globally liquid, transforming AI from a controlled service into an open utility.
